Belize #9

Mid-July 2019 – length of stay 1.5 days

Belize was on the way between Mexico and Guatemala so we drove through.

We checked out a prison where they sell gifts and stopped to grab an iced coconut from the dickhead place. We then went for the first time to the zoo!

It is not resumed but that was our experience in one and half days.

Also, as surprising as it is, they speak English! And wow, after talking in Spanish for about a year, it felt good and surprisingly odd.

People

Does the English speaking have something to do with their friendliness? Not sure but people were very welcoming and nice to us.
